The site visit is free in the Aburrá Valley and nearby Eastern Antioquia, and we schedule it within 24 to 72 hours. We measure the area, the level and the subfloor moisture, and within 24 to 48 hours you receive a written, itemized quote.

In Colombian apartment buildings, flooring work normally needs approval from building management, because under the condominium regime (propiedad horizontal, Ley 675 de 2001) each building sets its own work hours, elevator use and debris rules. Ask them for those rules early, and if they request our workers' social security documents, we send them before the first day.

Can I get a price without a visit?
With photos and square meters, we can give you a reference range by WhatsApp or email. The final price is set after measuring, because leveling, moisture and removing the old floor all change the cost.
Does the quote commit me to hiring you?
No. The quote is free and does not obligate you to anything, so you can take your time comparing it with others.
We recommend comparing line by line: materials, labor, baseboards, trims and debris removal. Our quotes are itemized and written in Colombian pesos (COP), which makes that comparison simple.
Do you work with builders and building management?
Yes. We quote common areas, flooring for apartments handed over as obra gris (bare concrete) and floor replacements in offices and stores, and we send whatever social security paperwork they request.
