Verifiable reviews
Pisos Pro Medellín is a company specialized in flooring installation and repair, with more than 15 years of experience and over 900 jobs for homes, buildings and businesses in the Aburrá Valley and Eastern Antioquia.
Our clients' reviews live on our Google Business Profile, where each one is written by a real person from their own account. We do not copy or edit them here, because we would rather you read them at the source.
To read the reviews, search for “Pisos Pro Medellín” on Google or Google Maps and open the reviews tab on our profile. You will see the date, the star rating and often photos taken by the client.
We reply to every review, including critical ones, because a reply shows how we act when something goes wrong. If a review mentions a problem, ask us during the visit how it was resolved.
We do not publish our own star ratings or testimonials you cannot verify. Google does not display ratings a business gives itself, and your decision should not rely on them either.
A review is most useful when it describes a job similar to yours. When reading reviews on Google, look for these details depending on the project type.
Look for mentions of the material, the neighborhood and whether the promised timeline was met. Comments about neatly finished baseboards and doors that close without scraping say a lot about the workmanship.
The technical details for each material are on our pages for SPC flooring installation and porcelain and ceramic tile.
With a repair, what matters is whether the fix shows: the color of the new planks, an even sheen after sanding and a dust-free home at the end.
See how we approach laminate and SPC repair and hardwood floor refinishing.
For offices, stores and medical practices, the useful part is knowing whether the work kept to schedule, whether the business stayed open and whether the floor still holds up to traffic months later.
The systems we use most in these spaces are epoxy flooring and modular carpet.
Beyond the stars, useful reviews include real photos, name a specific neighborhood or material and are spread out over time.
Be wary of profiles with many identical reviews posted on the same day, or of companies that never reply. And always ask for the warranty in writing, which is worth more than any comment.
Your review helps other property owners in Medellín decide with real information, and it helps us fix whatever needs fixing. It takes about two minutes.
Type “Pisos Pro Medellín” into Google or Google Maps and open the profile with the El Poblado address.
Choose the 1 to 5 star rating you think is fair. You need to sign in with a Google account.
Mention the neighborhood or municipality, the material, the approximate square meters and how the process went, from the first visit to handover.
Photos of the finished floor are what help other clients most when they picture their own space.
We do not offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews: Google's policies prohibit it, and a paid review helps no one.
If you are considering hiring us, request the site visit and compare our quote with what you read in the reviews.
If we already worked together and something is not right, write to us first: we want to resolve it under our installation warranty.
To meet the team behind each job, visit our About us page, and see the types of projects we do by area.
